Welcome to Cozy Smoketown 2BR/1BR, this home is situated in the heart of historic downtown Louisville. This functional 2BR/1BA is perfect for small groups, business travelers, traveling nurses, or anyone else looking to explore all Derby City has to offer.

The game room is a unique space to play some games and create some memories with loved ones. Plenty of games and puzzles to choose from including our hand-painted chess/checkers and backgammon tables. Partition in the middle allowing you to change the dynamic of the room with ease. The primary bedroom is on the second floor with a comfortable queen bed and a workspace area. There is one full bathroom on the first floor with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The kitchen has everything you need with a coffee station that has coffee and teas with sugar, sweetener, creamer for you to start the morning your way.

This neighborhood is easily walkable to grocery stores and restaurants just around the corner. If the beach is what you're looking for, it is a quick 2 mile drive away.
