Central 3-story house offers all there is to have in a prime location just steps away from downtown and NuLu. Tastefully decorated with an eclectic bohemian ambiance with live plants, big art pieces, and interesting lamps. Fully fenced-in backyard with a picnic table and a fire pit area to enjoy some bourbon by the fire. King suite with a workspace with a view of the city for sending out those emails and unique games in the game room for all ages to enjoy and create fond memories.
The Space
This two bedroom LOFT style condo provides a spacious home feel with high ceilings and an open air loft design upstairs and standard bedroom downstairs. Both bedrooms have comfortable queen sized beds with luxurious linens. Each bedroom suite has its own attached bathroom. The master bath downstairs features dual vanities.
Upstairs the loft leads to a large balcony that can comfortably host medium sized gatherings and provides a delightful view of the harbor and downtown.
The living room features a 42" Roku HDTV with enabled free Netflix and Hulu accounts. The space is large and can seat multiple guests as well as provide space to place an air mattress for +2 guests should you need it.
You will enjoy having a full kitchen complete with pots, pans, knife block set, cutting boards, bake ware, and even glass bowls! And we didn't forget the coffee maker - included with fresh grounds and lots of coffee mugs! The fridge is always clean and ready for you to pack away a week's worth of groceries.
Guest Access
You will have access to the entire home. Feel free to use the washer/dryer, multiple balconies and even the court yard which contains a community grill for your use.
Interaction with Guests
Your host is available at all times to answer your questions. The only interaction needed is the communication for check in and then again on the day of check out. All else is up to you.
The Neighborhood
Phoenix Hill is located east of downtown and is included in the historic district by the NULU area.
The neighborhood includes a mix of commercial and residential properties. By a large medical district, a popular area for bars and restaurants with a unique art scene. Thought the neighborhood you may see social service agencies and agencies that serve the homeless, small family businesses, and historic churches.
Getting Around
If you prefer not to drive, the best mode of transportation is by far walking or scooter.
