The perfect house to host friends and family for a fun game day weekend or just a relaxing getaway!  Centrally located in town and within walking distance to plenty of restaurants/ bars in the area and only an 8-minute drive to campus/stadium.  There is a large backyard with a variety of luscious greenery. You'll have a gas grill setup with all the tools necessary for a grill out. You’ll have a lovely fireplace with colorful Adirondack chairs to create amazing memories with friends and family.

• The space

> You’ll walk into Gator Haven a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home split with three bedrooms (king, Queen and twin bed with twin trundle) and one bathroom on one side and on the other a game room pull out couch with a queen size mattress and bathroom. This home is in the heart of University Park and a convenient 8min car ride to Ben Hill Griffin Stadium. Whether you're a Gator alumni, LSU tiger, Florida state Seminole, this space will provide a cozy peaceful home away from home for you, your friends and your family on a wonderful game day or family & friends adventure.

> Curious about sleeping accommodations? Here's your answer, this space provides one king bed , two queen beds, one of which you can find in the pull out couch, twin sofa bed with a trundle bed underneath and a sofa that reclines into a twin size bed. Last but not least we have Cordaroys comfy bean bag that opens up into a queen bed that sleeps two.

The king, Queen, twin bed with trundle all have brand new memory foam mattresses. Each bedroom has flip switch fans mid century design nightstands and lamps placed on top to keep some light on for that night time read before bed.

> You’ll have a dining room table space that seats 6 leaving the end of the table for two more guests where a small bench can be placed if needed. The kitchen is fully equipped with the essentials (pots, pans, forks , spoons, knives,cutting boards, slat, pepper, coffee, coffee sheets, olive oil, etc) plus a few bonuses including French press, traditional coffee maker, toaster and a microwave.

> you’ll use our brand new 55" smart TV in the living room , 50" smart TV in the game room , 43" smart TV in the King room and 32" in the Queen room all Roku TV equipped and setup with our netflix account and other apps on the TV for your personal use such as HBO , Hulu , Youtube , prime video and others.

>Enjoy the Large backyard with beautiful greenery, tons of open space to throw a football around. Along with an area to lounge around the fire pit on colorful Adirondack chairs . Also let us not forget the gas grill and picnic table for your mid day cookout with friends & family.

>This will be your open floor plan home which is perfect for enjoying live sports and spending time with family. Great layout to enjoy the outdoor space and have a peaceful place to rest your head while still minutes away from the school and stadium. You'll be able to hear the cheers from the Swamp in your backyard!

There is a driveway with space for two or three vehicles along with some street parking.

>The street Gator Haven is on does not have sidewalks, but the neighborhood is very quiet and great for walking. walking distance to Tom petty park,  a few restaurants in the area such as adam's rib co, coffee culture , hogan's great sandwiches and lets not forget Downtown Gainesville. Some options might be a faster car ride but if you're up for a nice little walk then great take in that wonderful Gainesville atmosphere.

publix and winn dixie are both a 5min car ride away.
